I am saddened to hear of Archie's passing. I had only known Archie for a few years & grew very fond of him. I'm going to miss waving at Archie & speaking with him when he was outside with Oreo; we lived in the same building. I found out through his obituary that we shared the same birthday. RIP Mr. Carroll.

Archie I will never forget when I begged you to let Shelley come out with me. She was in trouble but you trusted me and said she could go. Then what happened? I lost her. That’s right. She took off with some other friends. She made it home safe and sound but I didn’t know until the next day. I was a wreck. When you found out (years later) you had a look of utter shock on your face. Then yelled at her for it. I will miss you ❤️
